“WOW…What an educational experience. Not only did my dog become a better citizen, he also made dramatic changes in his behavior. Deborah is caring, understanding and sure knows her “stuff” with dog training.”
- Nancy Altman from Gig Harbor, WA.

“We are so grateful to Deborah and her expertise when it came to selecting our new puppy! We’ve had dogs before successfully, but recently had some bad experiences with rescue dogs and disreputable breeders. My husband was completely skeptical that we could even own a dog happily!
I convinced him to let me try again, but this with some professional help. After a short conversation with Deborah about the breeds we were drawn to, and our goal as a family for a dog, she did some research and called me back with a great breeder, a puppy the perfect size and age, and a price for her services to select, board and train for a couple weeks in preparation for coming home. Her reassurance that the puppy’s personality was appealing was a huge relief for me – I simply can’t rely on my judgment, as I find EVERY puppy adorable!
When little Raybo arrived at our place, we were all instantly smitten – even my husband begrudgingly admitted “You did a good job.” While Ray is a puppy – chewing, have a couple accidents, causing some mayhem – he is the best behaved puppy I’ve ever known!! He is the perfect temperament for our kids and had fantastic natural habits “baked in” by Deborah, including walking on leash, sitting and laying down on command, and being well socialized in just about any environment.
Best of all, Deborah spent some time giving us some “boot camp” secrets to helping Raybo focus and learn to follow instructions. We all paid close attention and have tried to incorporate those good habits in our daily routine.
Ray is coming into month 5 and he is super well behaved in public, friendly, wants to please, and able to focus and follow instructions in most situations. Whenever I get frustrated, I ask myself “What would Deborah do?” and then I whip out the tools and techniques she taught me and he falls right into line.
A recent success was taking him to a friend’s house for a pool party. He socialized with dogs, kids and adults with ease and when he got worked up, my “boot camp” techniques helped reel him back in. Many folks remarked that he was astonishingly well behaved for a 4 month old! While Deborah’s services are not cheap, they are well worth it! The misery of a badly selected dog or badly behaved dog is well worth avoiding with some investment up front.
Thank you Deborah!!!”
